Senator Kelly, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                  
Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 206                                         
"An Act relating to registration plates and parking permits for persons                             
with disabilities and to illegal use of parking spaces for persons with                             
disabilities." Without objection, the bill was referred to the Rules                                
Committee.
